• Shred for coleslaw, salads or quick pickles
• Stir-fry with garlic and dried shrimp, or braise in soups
• Use leaves whole for cabbage rolls or wraps
• Store in the refrigerator crisper drawer wrapped loosely and use within one to two weeks
