Old Ginger /kg

Old Ginger is a mature, more fibrous and pungent ginger variety sold per kg. Old Ginger is a handy addition to everyday cooking and pairs well with a variety of other fresh produce.

• Use in soups, braises and herbal drinks where a stronger ginger flavour is wanted
• Slice or crush for marinades and stir-fries
• Simmer in water for a warming ginger tea
• Store somewhere cool and dry, or refrigerate wrapped in paper for longer keeping
